- Returns made within 14 days are eligible for your choice of either a refund to your original payment method or a store credit.
- Returns made within 15-30 days are eligible only for a store credit.
- No returns or exchanges will be approved after 30 days.

Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date stated by USPS/UPS tracking number for returns to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method. Returns between 15-30 days are only eligible for a store credit.

Fragrances must contain at least 98% or more of the original liquid and be in all original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- FREE samples included in orders are yours to keep!
- Kio Fragrance is not liable for any return packages that may become lost, damaged or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- We are unable to offer return and/or exchanges on orders outside of the United States at this time. Due to international shipping regulations consumers are unable to send fragrance abroad. Our return policy is only applicable for orders placed within the continental United States.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your returned package for your return credit to be processed. A confirmation email with your refund details will be sent to you. Kio Fragrance reserves the right to verify any refund requests and request a return of the products you purchased.
